The Department of Digital Media at the University of Applied Sciences Furtwangen was first in Europe to introduce an academic program in the area of Digital Media Science. Since this pioneering event, the staff of the department has built a national and international reputation for its academic and educational expertise in Media, Computer Science and Telecommunications. The four year academic programs (German diploma) and the bachelor programs of the department have been praised by industry, commerce and the press. The graduate program assumes an international focus and offers an innovative curriculum. It builds upon the department's high standards in education. Two Master degrees - one program

A double Master's degree, awarded by the University of Applied Sciences Furtwangen and an European or Overseas partner institution is currently on schedule.

Internationally Recognized Degree

Upon successful completion of all program requirements, you will receive a "Master of Science" degree proofed by an independent accredition institution. Firms and institutes operating on an international scale especially appreciate this "Master of Science" qualification. Graduates holding of this type of degree may, for example, be easily identified as fit for executive positions. At the same time, this degree enables you to pursue further academic studies, such as a Ph.D. program.
